Position Overview : Debra Hensley's State Farm Agency is seeking a qualified professional to join her winning team for an opening within the Account Associate Position.
She is seeking an energetic professional interested in helping her business grow, through value-based conversations and remarkable customer experience.

About Debra Hensley's Agency : Debra has proudly served Lexington and Central Kentucky since 1978 and has built an outstanding multi-line agency.
Her team offers a diverse group of talents and expertise. Debra believes in giving back to the community and was recently recognized and awarded by the University of Kentucky the prestigious Honorary Doctorate of Humane Letters.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
- Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
- Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
- Work alongside your agencys team to ensure successful long-lasting customer relationships.
- Help customers with claims.
REQUIREMENTS : Having previous insurance experience is not required to apply for this position. We are looking for candidates who are enthusiastic, driven, coachable, and positive.
