The Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing preventative maintenance on all equipment, building maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairing the processing and packaging equipment.
Key responsibilities include :
- Repair and preventative maintenance of equipment, machines, buildings, and grounds to support fluid milk processing, packaging, and storage operations.
- Demonstrate the ability to work without supervision.
- Recognized by peers and production leaders as being a competent mechanic with effective problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Understands the importance of equipment run time and exhibits a sense of urgency.
- Proven communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
- Adhere to all good manufacturing and safety practices as defined by the employer.

Job Type
This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 90 Day(s).
Work Site
This is a fully on-site position in MINNEAPOLIS, Minnesota.
Work Environment
Working in a food environment. Safety is very important. Must be able to work inside and outside of the plant; temperatures vary from 34 degrees to 85 degrees inside the facility.
