Job Objective / Summary : The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for supervising nursing care. The RN will work under the supervision of the Director of Nursing and physicians to ensure the well-being and comfort of residents.

The RN will be responsible for administering medications, monitoring residents, assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs), and collaborating with the healthcare team to develop and implement care plans.

Job Education, Licenses / Certifications, Knowledge & Experience : A High School Diploma or equivalent required. Must hold a valid and active license in good standing as an RN in the state of Arkansas.

Completion of an accredited nursing program. Strong knowledge of nursing principals, practices and procedures. Compassionate, patient-centered approach.
