Purpose :

Exhibits leadership and management expertise in the case management role for the individuals supported by the Independent Living services Department, ensuring quality service delivery, while advancing the overall goals and objectives of Fraser Ltd.

Qualifications and Responsibilities :

Seeking highly organized, motivated, and self-starting individual with a Bachelor's degree in a related human service field. Someone who is a Qualified Developmental Disability Professional with 1 year of experience working with people with intellectual and mental health disabilities.

Responsibilities include case management and auditing of finances.
