Soliant Health is seeking an experienced Progressive Care Unit Registered Nurse (PCU RN) for a travel assignment in Hendersonville, NC.
This is a great opportunity for a PCU RN to provide high-quality care to patients in a supportive healthcare environment.
Responsibilities :
- Monitor and care for patients transitioning from critical care, providing continuous observation of vital signs.
- Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as prescribed.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient-specific care plans.
- Perform ongoing patient assessments and adjust care plans as needed.
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatments.
Qualifications :
- Active RN license in North Carolina.
- BLS and ACLS certifications.
- Minimum of 2 years of recent PCU or step-down experience.
- Strong critical thinking, munication, and teamwork skills.
