Role

The Senior Director of Product Management for the TripleLift Exchange plays a pivotal role in defining and driving the future of our programmatic advertising products.

By aligning product vision and roadmap with company objectives and strategy, this leader will spearhead innovation and revenue growth, ensuring TripleLift remains at the forefront of the industry.

With a focus on leadership, cross-functional collaboration, market analysis, and customer engagement, this role is instrumental in delivering cutting-edge solutions and enhancing the performance and efficiency of the TripleLift Exchange.

Additionally, the Senior Director will represent TripleLift in industry bodies, contribute to developing best practices, and mentor the next generation of programmatic product leaders.

Responsibilities

  • Product Strategy and Roadmap : Define and communicate the product vision and roadmap, ensuring it aligns with business objectives and market needs specific to Open Exchange.
  • Leadership and Team Management : Lead, mentor, and develop a team of product managers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with engineering, revenue, marketing, and services teams to develop and launch new products and features.
  • Customer Engagement : Engage with key publishers, advertisers, and partners to gather feedback and ensure TripleLift’s ad exchange products meet their needs and expectations.
  • Innovation and Improvement : Drive continuous improvement and innovation in TripleLift’s ad exchange offerings, focusing on enhancing performance, real-time bidding efficiency, and increasing operational effectiveness.
  • Industry Group Participation : Represent TripleLift in industry bodies and working groups, contributing to the development of industry standards and best practices.
  • Market Analysis and Research : Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs within the programmatic ad exchange industry to inform product decisions and strategies.
  • Performance Metrics and Reporting : Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of the TripleLift Exchange and make data-driven decisions.
  • Regulatory Compliance : Ensure all ad exchange products comply with industry regulations and standards, maintaining high ethical and quality standards.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in product leadership within the programmatic ad exchange industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape in programmatic ad exchanges.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent cross functional influence skills and proven track record of collaborating with cross functional leadership teams to build and commercialize new products
  • Quantitative and metrics-driven and able to make high impact decisions using data
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
  • Drive and desire to invent new things and make internet advertising better
  • Good at coaching others and making complex concepts clear and accessible

US Jobs : The base salary range represents the low and high end of the TripleLift US salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to experience and performance.

The range listed is just one component of TripleLift’s total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include bonuses, an open Paid Time Off policy, and many region-specific benefits.

Pay is based on various non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to experience, education, and skills.
