Job Overview : We are actively seeking a compassionate and skilled Full-Time Speech-Language Pathologist to join our dynamic team in Erving, MA.
This role is crucial for providing specialized speech therapy services to a diverse patient population, focusing on assessing, diagnosing, and treating communication and swallowing disorders.

Responsibilities :
- Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders.
- Design and implement targeted treatment plans to meet the needs of individual patients.
- Provide direct therapy and monitor patient progress, adjusting treatments as necessary.
- Collaborate with family members and other healthcare professionals to implement comprehensive care plans.
- Maintain thorough and accurate records of patient care and progress.
Qualifications :
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP).
- Valid state license as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with a multidisciplinary team and patients.
- Experience with a variety of patient demographics and settings is preferred.
