Role : Techno Functional Project Manager

This is day 1 onsite
- Self-driven, should be delivery focused and aligning the supplier network / ecosystem
- Role is to digitalize multiple site across different geographies by Implementing MES system coupled with Data Historian, and establishing connectivity to sap system for planning or inventory management
- Experience in Siemens, OpsCenter would be an added advantage
- This role requires deep technical knowledge of at least 10 years of implementation experience in MES systems
- Person should be able to define functional needs, challenging the existing system and define what is right to meet the target state
- Good understanding of Architectural Landscape in the MES implementation domain
- Having good knowledge on MES Siemens Opcenter Pharma MBR Designing, Architectural SQL Java script.
- Knowledge of Pharmaceutical manufacturing process Life science and Health care
- Experience on End to end implementation experience of Siemens Opcenter EXPH.
- Experience on Siemens Opcenter EXPH Modules like User management, PI management, PI Process, PI Review, Weighing & dispensing ,XSI console Equipment management, Material flow management, Weigh & Dispense
- Experience on SAP MES Interface ,L2 integrations, Report development
- Understanding of ISA S88 and S95 models
- Knowledge on Computer Systems Validation, SDLC methodologies, 21CFR part 11, and cGMP including GAMP and EU Annex 11
- Have experience on new implementation and upgrade projects from requirement gathering stage to qualification and final delivery
- Having experience on others MES applications like Aspentech Manufacturing Suite, Werum PAS-X 3.1.8, Schnieder Electronic Batch record is an added advantage.
