Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to join our team. As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing large and complex datasets, identifying valuable insights, and providing actionable recommendations to drive business growth.

You will work closely with various stakeholders, including executives, marketers, and product managers, to understand their data needs and deliver meaningful data-driven solutions.

The ideal candidate has a strong analytical mindset, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for uncovering patterns and trends within data.

You should be comfortable working with large datasets, have a deep understanding of statistical analysis methods, and possess strong programming skills with tools such as Python or R.

Responsibilities

  • Conducting data analysis, data cleaning, and data transformation tasks to ensure data quality and accuracy.
  • Developing and implementing mathematical models, algorithms, and statistical techniques to extract insights and trends from complex datasets.
  • Identifying key performance indicators (KPIs) and creating dashboards, reports, and visualizations to present data insights to stakeholders.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define and prioritize data analysis projects and deliver actionable recommendations.
  • Monitoring and analyzing business metrics and performance indicators to identify areas of improvement and optimize processes.
  • Conducting ad-hoc data analysis to answer specific business questions and provide insights for strategic decision-making.
  • Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and applying them to enhance data analysis capabilities within the organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, or Computer Science.
  • Strong proficiency in statistical analysis and machine learning techniques.
  • Experience in data querying, manipulation, and cleansing using SQL.
  • Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Python or R.
  • Proven track record of working with large datasets and performing quantitative analysis.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think analytically.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work with complex data structures.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly explain complex analytical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
