Summary of Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to lead the Teladoc Cybersecurity Continuous Control Assessment program.

The successful candidate will play a critical role in evaluating and enhancing our cybersecurity posture, ensuring that our systems and data remain secure from potential threats.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Design and implement an effective process to identify control risks and mitigate the identified risk.
  • Perform evidence-based evaluations of cybersecurity controls to determine effectiveness of controls.
  • Perform targeted control assessments against specific applications or systems, as required.
  • Work closely with Cybersecurity and Technology teams to ensure cybersecurity controls align with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.
  • Offer expert advice and recommendations on cybersecurity control best practices.
  • Keep abreast of the latest developments, trends, and technologies in the field of cybersecurity to continuously improve assessment methodologies and techniques.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of compliance documentation, including risk assessments, control frameworks, and compliance reports.
  • Assist in responding to compliance inquiries, assessments, and audits from external stakeholders, such as regulators, auditors, and clients.
  • Establish relationships with partner teams within the company and leverage cross-functional coordination skills to drive program objectives, such as defining tools, processes and resources needed for compliance / risk programs to succeed.
  • Drive process improvement initiatives with stakeholders to increase scalability, accountability, and maturity of the continuous assessment program.

Qualifications Expected for Position

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field; or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum of 8+ years of experience in cybersecurity, with a focus on compliance.
  • In-depth knowledge of relevant cybersecurity regulations, standards, and frameworks.
  • Experience conducting compliance assessments, audits, and gap analyses.
  • Strong understanding of risk management principles and methodologies.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, CRISC, or equivalent are preferred.
  • Experience with compliance management tools and technologies is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

The base salary range for this position is$121,000 - $180,000 . In addition to a base salary, this position is eligible for a performance bonus and benefits (subject to eligibility requirements) listed here Teladoc Health Benefits 2024 .

Total compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to, type of position, location, education level, work experience, and certifications.
