All new hires in the Front of House (FOH) will begin with a customized training schedule. The goal of basic FOH training is to provide staff with an understanding of all of our customer-facing roles and to provide a solid skillset before training in other areas of the restaurant.

After basic training is completed, trainees have the opportunity to train in different parts of the store that they are interested in, including the espresso bar, front register, and retail operations.

• Starting wage of $20 / hr - $22 / hr ((11 / hour base + tip-share (all hourly positions))

• Provide stellar customer service - the Biscuit Love experience - each guest
• Open + Close restaurant
• Support entire team, both FOH and BOH
• Be dedicated to and an active participant in your growth
• Being a solution-focused member of the team, utilizing problem-solving and critical thinking
• Be willing to jump in and help wherever is needed
• Keep workspace clean
• Anticipate guest needs
• Prepare recipes and execute dishes to Biscuit Love standards
