REGISTERED DIETITIAN

Pride Healthcare is assisting a top healthcare organization to identify the right person to fill a Registered Dietitian opening.

Responsibilities :

• Conduct Nutrition assessments and actively participate in IDT meetings to develop participant care plans.
• Deliver and document direct care Nutrition interventions in accordance with physician orders.
• Oversee the menu planning and meal delivery program.
• Oversee the coordination of supplements as ordered.
• Provide staff training to day center staff on the meal delivery program as needed.
• Support the intake and enrollment process.
• Complete all required documentation in a timely and accurate manner.

Requirements :

• 4+ years' experience managing nutrition services in a similar setting.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor and develop team members.
• 1+year of experience with a frail or elderly population.
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to unlocking the full potential of our most vulnerable seniors.
• Must be willing and have the ability to work a varied schedule that may include evening nights, weekends.

Additional Details :

• Onsite Monday-Friday 8a-4 : 30p
• 26 week contract
• 9 / 23 tentative start date, pending onboarding completion
