Responsibilities
- Manage hotel reservations handling inquiries making bookings and confirming room availability.
- Interact with guests via phone email and inperson addressing reservation inquiries changes.
- Assist guests during checkin and checkout ensuring a seamless process and attending to special requests or concerns.
- Collect payment information process reservations and issue invoices or receipts as necessary.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a courteous and welcoming demeanor.
- Organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Strong knowledge of travel destinations attractions and various travel products and services.
- Exceptional customer service and problemsolving abilities.
- Passion for travel and a desire to help others create memorable experiences.
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Must be authorized to work within the USA or UK
