Requirements : JOB REQUIREMENTS :

• Minimum of 18 years of age
• Senior Caregiving - 1+ years of prior experience (Professional or Personal)
• Reliable Transportation
• Valid Driver's License, Auto Registration & Insurance
• Strong English Communication Skills - (Reading, Writing, Speaking)
• Ability to work well independently, as well as part of a team, with minimal supervision
• Dedication, Reliability, Dependability, Punctuality & Attentiveness
• Genuine Interest in Caring for Seniors - Patience / Compassion / Good Listening Skills
• Three Professional References are Required

Due to upcoming changes to the State of Maines in-home caregiver requirements, successful candidates MUST currently have / or previously had a Certified Nursing Assistant, Personal Support Specialist, Home Health Aid or other applicable certifications OR be interested in completing state mandated training.
