Duties :
- Complete resident care requirements by scheduling andassigning nursing staff
- Establish acompassionate environment by providing support to residents &families
- Provide information to residents& staff by answering questions and requests
- Maintain a safe & clean working environment byimplementing rules & regulations
- Ensureresident confidence by monitoring confidential informationprocessing
- Manage documentation of residentcare services
- Promote a cooperativerelationship among health care teams
Requirements :
- Must hold valid RegisteredNurse (RN) license
- Minimum 3 years LongTermCare experience required
- Should be a strongand positive Team Director for all members of the staff
- Familiar with EHR and Prescribing programs
- Excellent communication skills
- Basic computer skills
