The Chrissa Moore Insurance Agency was ranked in the top 1% in 2022, 2023 and on track again in 2024. We are rapidly growing and looking to expand our team to meet our client's needs! Full time Insurance Outside Sales Agents will earn $70,000 if you are average, $85,000 if you are good, and $100,000+ if you are our next superstar.
The position we are currently offering is for Licensed Insurance Agents who will focus 25% of their time cross selling and servicing current customers with 75% of their job focusing on selling primarily Home and Auto Insurance to new prospects.

Responsibilities
- Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
- Solicits for new business via telephone (majority inbound calls), networking, and other lead sources.
- Develop ongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, etc.
- Ask each customer for referrals.
- Treat each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity including financial products.
- Maintain client relationships with follow up phone calls.
- 75% of time will be focused on generating new business / 25% will be focused on servicing current clients.
Requirements
- Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
- Creates relationships from a cold start.
- A Property & Casualty license is required.

- Prior Sales Experience is prefered.
- Looking for someone that has previous experience working at an insurance agency. This can be substituted if you have a strong sales background, and you are a quick learner and good at technology.
- Professional phone etiquette.
- Driven and goal-oriented individual.
- Must have the ability to work from home as needed.
- Be capable of handling customer rejection.
