Key Responsibilities :
- Assist Speech-Language Pathologists in the implementation of therapy plans.
- Provide direct therapy services to students under the supervision of a licensed SLP.
- Document student progress and maintain accurate records.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student success.
Qualifications :
- Associates degree in Speech-Language Pathology Assisting or related field.
- Valid SLPA license or certification (as required by the state of California).
- Previous experience in a school or pediatric setting preferred.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
