Job Description
We are looking for a Quality Control Associate to join our team. This position plays a key role in ensuring that customers receive the correct products in excellent condition.
Schedule : Monday to Friday, 7 : 00 AM – 3 : 30 PM
Main responsibilities include :
- Performing accurate visual inspections of products.
- Conducting product identification and traceability activities for certification documents to ensure customers receive the correct items.
- Identifying errors made by pickers and providing them with clear, constructive feedback.
- Assisting the Audit Supervisor with daily tasks.
- Participating in inventory cycle counts .
- Ensuring purchase orders and customer invoices are completed accurately prior to shipping.
- Performing quality assurance checks on all products before distribution.
- Reviewing camera footage to verify product accuracy and identify any discrepancies.
- Reviewing and inspecting customer returns to ensure product condition and accuracy.
- Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs as part of daily duties.
