Midway Staffing is seeking dedicated individuals like you to join our warehouse team in Phoenix, AZ as a Coil Line Operator!
The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining machinery used in the production of HVAC coils, ensuring that products meet quality standards and production schedules are met.

- Shift : 6 : 00 am - 4 : 30 pm, Monday - Friday

Responsibilities :
- Operate machinery on the coil line, including coil straightening, cutting, and forming equipment.
- Monitor machine operations to ensure products are manufactured according to specifications and quality standards.
- Conduct routine maintenance on machinery to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
- Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and perform minor repairs as needed.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve production targets and meet customer demand.
- Maintain accurate records of production activities, including materials used, production output, and equipment maintenance.
Qualifications :
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification in machine operation is preferred.
- Proven experience operating machinery in a manufacturing setting, preferably in the HVAC industry.
- Familiarity with coil line production processes and equipment is highly desirable.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality products.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed.
