Here is what is needed to be part of this amazing team :
- Please have a current, unencumbered, active license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of MA
- Have a current CPR Certification, or be willing to register for a class to get certified
Responsibilities :
- The Registered Nurse (RN) and Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) will provide resident care in accordance with acceptable standards of nursing practice and the written plan of care as well as physicians plan of treatment
- The Registered Nurse (RN) and Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) follows a plan of care designed by our Nurse Manager
- Registered Nurse (RN) and Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Perform Medication Administration and Treatments per POC
- Monitor residents' conditions and report accordingly by the Registered Nurse (RN) and Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
- Accurate documentation in accordance with the provided orders
