Learning Management System Analyst

A company is looking for a Learning Management System Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

Administer and configure the Learning Management System, ensuring system integrity and functionality

Manage course content, including uploading and maintaining eLearning materials and ensuring accessibility

Provide user support and generate reports for compliance and training effectiveness

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)

3+ years of experience managing a Learning Management System

Strong technical skills with SCORM / xAPI packages and report building

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Willingness to work occasional evenings and weekends as needed
