Director of Operations

The Director of Operations is responsible for strategy, operation, quality, and personnel development of healthcare departments.
In collaboration with the senior management team, this person will develop and implement the strategic goals and processes to streamline operations.

Focus :
- Maintain adherence to all relevant laws, standards, and internal guidelines, ensuring full compliance and accreditation.
- Direct and empower healthcare staff through leadership, comprehensive training programs, effective scheduling, performance assessments, and mentorship, thus ensuring operational consistency and excellence across all facilities.
- Enhance patient satisfaction by managing patient feedback systems, optimizing financial operations, and streamlining service responses.
- Facilitate regular operational meetings to discuss progress, address challenges, and streamline communication across departments.
- Define and advance organizational objectives and operational procedures to achieve strategic goals.
- Oversee all aspects of accreditation and compliance to maintain standards and enhance operational integrity.
- Lead the development and integration of innovative programs and processes by evaluating alternatives, drafting proposals, conducting pilot tests, and overseeing their implementation and progress.
Skill Set :
- Over 5 years of experience in operational management within medical or surgical center settings.
- Demonstrated capability in leading significant healthcare operations, focusing on strategic development, team leadership, and achieving results.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
- Expertise in accreditation and compliance within healthcare, with a strict exclusion of backgrounds in hospital, VA, or government settings.
- Recognized ability as a dynamic leader and a builder of robust operational frameworks.
- Strong multitasking skills to manage diverse projects simultaneously without compromise.
- Exceptional leadership and problem-solving abilities, with a proven track record of motivating and directing diverse teams.
- Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills, capable of engaging effectively with all organizational levels from executive management to frontline staff, as well as patients and external stakeholders.
