A company is looking for a Virtual Sales Platform Administrator (Remote).
Key Responsibilities :
Onboard new agents and manage user accounts and service assignments across various platforms
Coordinate with development teams on platform enhancements and ensure efficient bot functionality
Act as a liaison between teams to resolve system issues and communicate updates on platform initiatives
Required Qualifications :
Experience with user account management and system maintenance
Familiarity with AI technologies and bot creation
Knowledge of platform testing and enhancement processes
Ability to analyze data and improve operational efficiency
Experience in coordinating cross-functional teams and projects
