Key Responsibilities
Provide end-to-end renewal negotiation and maintain knowledge of commercial contracts
Drive customer retention and revenue growth through analysis and reporting of up / cross-sell opportunities
Communicate directly with customers to negotiate terms and ensure timely closure of renewals
Required Qualifications
2+ years' experience in renewal execution and negotiation
Consistent track record of achieving sales or renewal targets
Familiarity with Salesforce and opportunity data management tools
Proactive and results-driven attitude
Ability to review and improve current processes and procedures
