Job Description

What you will bedoing :

  • Develop a promotion strategyand calendar in lockstep with content and social based on trendsand data inclusive of alwayson and seasonal tactics.
  • Build and implement paid media strategies in alignmentwith HI USAs marketing objectives encompassing a variety of digitalchannels.
  • Conduct extensive research andcompetitive analysis to identify target audiences optimaladvertising channels and keywords.
  • Manage andoptimize campaigns including bid management audience targetingcreative testing and open rate to build brand awareness and driveinterest in HI USAs network of hostels.
  • Cultivate strategic alliances with internal stakeholdersto drive cohesion between paid campaigns and broader marketinginitiatives.
  • Facilitate and lead oncoordination between the Graphic Design & Brand Manager theSocial Media Manager and the Content Strategy Manager.
  • Own the email marketing strategy including audiencegrowth and segmentation lifecycle and monthly promotional emailscontent and design deliverability optimization and compliance withregulations.
  • Continuously optimize performancemarketing campaigns across multiple digital channels leveragingdatadriven insights and A / B testing to enhanceeffectiveness.
  • Analyze campaign performancemetrics and provide regular reports insights and actionablerecommendations.
  • Manage performance marketingbudgets effectively ensuring optimal allocation and ROI acrosschannels and campaigns.
  • Oversee relationshipswith external vendors agencies and partners involved in digitaladvertising.
  • Target a variety of audiences torefine outreach strategy towards underrepresented communitieshighlighting our commitment to DEIA.

Experience you will need :

  • Alignment with HI USA Values and commitment to workplaceculture of DEIA.
  • 5 years of handson experiencedirectly developing implementing and optimizing paid mediacampaigns across a variety of channels.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing advertising orrelated field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data andmake datadriven decisions.
  • Proficiency indigital marketing tools such as Google Analytics Facebook BusinessManager Google Ads and similar platforms.
  • Adeep understanding of paid social media strategies with a focus ondriving conversions.
  • Expertise in targetingdiverse audiences that deliver on HI USA’s commitment toDEIA.
  • Strong project management skills withthe ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fastpacedenvironment.
  • Extensive experience with budgetmanagement and campaign performance tracking.
  • Familiarity with using a CMS HTML / CSS and design is aplus.
  • Experience in the hospitality and / ornonprofit business is a plus
