Location : New York
Schedule : Full-Time, 35 - 40 hours per week
Pay Range : Rate : $60.00 / hour+, with potential for higher pay commensurate with experience

Job Summary
As a Physician Assistant / Nurse Practitioner you will play a vital part in our clinics by providing essential support through a combination of clinical and administrative duties.
Your integral role in our medical practice encompasses providing high-quality patient care, collaborating with physicians, and assisting with the efficient functioning of the clinic, ultimately contributing to improved healthcare outcomes and patient satisfaction.
Primary Responsibilities
Your primary focus will be delivering exceptional patient experiences characterized by a positive and empathetic attitude.
You will actively address patient concerns and provide education to promote better outcomes.
Your ability to accurately assess patients will enable you to recognize serious conditions promptly, facilitating timely care, including specialist consultations and advanced imaging when necessary.
Efficiently managing clinic flow will be a priority, ensuring minimal wait times and adapting to schedule changes or relocations, as needed.
Demonstrating dependability, punctuality, and honesty, you will diligently manage tasks, including thorough documentation of patient charts.
Promoting a collaborative and solution-oriented team environment, you will celebrate colleagues' successes, offer assistance, and contribute ideas for process improvement.
Responsible for the management and treatment of both chronic and acute medical conditions, ensuring comprehensive care plans are developed and implemented to meet patient needs and promote optimal health outcomes.
Collaborate with our virtual team to provide care for telemedicine patients as needed, with training provided to ensure effective and efficient service delivery.
Working alongside scribes, you will optimize direct patient care using state-of-the-art facilities, while collaborating with a physician-led Aftercare team for ongoing follow-up and coordination of patient care.

Job RequirementsEducation and Experience :
Master's degree in Physician Assistant Studies or Master’s degree or Doctorate Degree in Family Nurse Practice.
New York State Certification and Licensure as Physician Assistant or Family Nurse Practitioner.
Completion of Accredited PA Program, NCCPA Board Certification or National Board Certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner through ANCC or AANP, and clinical rotations in various medical specialties, such as internal medicine, family medicine, surgery, pediatrics, emergency medicine, urgent care, and others.
All training required for NYS registration including BLS, ACLS, PALS, and Infection Control Training.
Must obtain FMCSA certification within the first three months of employment. This certification is crucial for conducting CDL exams, a key part of the services we provide.
Strong understanding of HIPAA Compliance.
At least 1 year of experience working as a PA or FNP and experience in using electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
Valid DEA Registration, CDL, and Suboxone certification are preferred.
Valid Medication Administration Training (MAT) Certificate.
Bilingual in both Spanish and English is a plus.
