Overview

As the Office Receptionist / Assistant, you’ll be the friendly face that greets clients, answers phones, and keeps the office running smoothly.

Responsibilities

  • Greet clients with a warm smile and make them feel right at home.
  • Handle incoming calls like a pro, directing them to the right team members.
  • Keep our office space tidy, manage supplies, and ensure everything is in tip-top shape.
  • Assist with incoming and outgoing mailers and packages.
  • Assist with coordinating appointments and meetings.
  • Preparing conference rooms for client meetings.
  • Support our amazing team by helping with administrative tasks.
  • Assist with other projects / duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Skills

  • 1+ year of office / reception / admin experience
  • Polite and professional phone presence
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Attention to detail (data entry + filing)
  • Computer and software savvy (MS Office)
  • Positive, team-player mind-set
  • Ability to multi-task and stay organized

Schedule : Monday - Friday (8 : 00AM - 5 : 00PM)

Compensation : $20.00 - $22.00 Hourly

We offer employees weekly paychecks (direct deposit), and upon eligibility we offer health insurance (Kaiser), accrued paid sick time (Oregon Paid Sick Leave), and a retirement option (OregonSaves).
