Overview
As the Office Receptionist / Assistant, you’ll be the friendly face that greets clients, answers phones, and keeps the office running smoothly.
Responsibilities
- Greet clients with a warm smile and make them feel right at home.
- Handle incoming calls like a pro, directing them to the right team members.
- Keep our office space tidy, manage supplies, and ensure everything is in tip-top shape.
- Assist with incoming and outgoing mailers and packages.
- Assist with coordinating appointments and meetings.
- Preparing conference rooms for client meetings.
- Support our amazing team by helping with administrative tasks.
- Assist with other projects / duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Skills
- 1+ year of office / reception / admin experience
- Polite and professional phone presence
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Attention to detail (data entry + filing)
- Computer and software savvy (MS Office)
- Positive, team-player mind-set
- Ability to multi-task and stay organized
Schedule : Monday - Friday (8 : 00AM - 5 : 00PM)
Compensation : $20.00 - $22.00 Hourly
We offer employees weekly paychecks (direct deposit), and upon eligibility we offer health insurance (Kaiser), accrued paid sick time (Oregon Paid Sick Leave), and a retirement option (OregonSaves).
