Responsibilities

  • Support all phases of utility construction for various types of telecom projects (Aerial and underground)
  • Lead by example and support the company-wide safety culture
  • Drive your team to meet deadlines and produce quality projects
  • Provide a high level of customer service when interfacing with customers
  • Give direction to multiple crews and their job site activities

Qualifications

  • Safety is a part of your day to day
  • Track record of completing work with a high level of quality
  • Knack for figuring out hard problems and a hands-on approach
  • Looking for long term projects
  • Enjoy getting your hands dirty with your team
  • Experienced leader who supported the day to day needs of a construction crew
  • Knowledge of the telecom construction industry (Coax Splicing, Fiber Splicing, Directional Drilling, map reading, etc.)
  • Enjoy problem-solving and troubleshooting in the field
  • Willingness to coach and mentor your team
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and ability to learn custom software

    • Compensation and Benefits

  • Compensation $75,000 - $90,000 Yr DOE
