Team Springfield Pie is the largest Domino's Pizza Franchise in Western MA. Award winning organization growing from 5 stores to 10 locations is looking for an administrative assistant to work at the office.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills is a must. We are looking for a person that knows how to use computer, Excel, Word and knows how to get around emails and websites.

Someone with good communication and organization skills. Good computer skills, including competency in Microsoft Office programs.

What does an administrative assistant do?

An administrative assistant is an office support professional who provides clerical support to a company or organization.

This individual often serves as the first point of contact for internal and external parties. An administrative assistant provides clerical support, such as :

  • Handling a variety of administrative support tasks including business writing, documentation, filing and organization, data processing and bookkeeping
  • Creating and Handling employee files
  • Doing Text message Interviews to hire Drivers and Insiders for our stores.
  • Preparing New Hire Paperwork and Interview Guides.
  • Communicating with customers by email to close any complains.
  • Reviewing and replying Customers Google Reviews
  • Managing a complex calendar of professional meetings, personal appointments and travel for several individuals
  • Appropriately forwarding messages and following up on inquiries
  • Handling incoming correspondence, including emails, memos, faxes and mail, sometimes requiring a high level of discretion
  • Conducting industry-specific research, organizing important files and drafting supporting documentation for presentations, conferences and meetings
  • Preparing and proofreading reports and other industry documents relevant to the company, organization or specific group, sometimes involving data analysis
  • Tracking office inventory, including ordering supplies, coordinating deliveries and managing vendor contracts

Requirements :

Entry-level administrative assistants should have at least a high school diploma or a General Education Development (GED) certificate in addition to skills certifications.

If the applicant has a bachelor degree the starting pay will be higher.

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field

Experience as a administrative assistant is a plus

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Great telephone / email communication skills

Great organizational skills

Good computer skills, including competency in Microsoft Office programs

Good time-management skills

Customer-centric approach

Professional and friendly disposition

Ability to work in a team

Willingness to assist colleagues with administrative tasks
