About the Role

Were seeking a skilled Estimator with 5+ years of experience in commercial ground-up and TI construction . The ideal candidate will be able to manage bids from initial concept through final pricing, collaborating with project managers, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure we produce clear, competitive, and accurate estimates.

This is a key role in our preconstruction team and a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a collaborative, detail-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate and comprehensive cost estimates for ground-up and tenant improvement projects
• Review drawings, specifications, and scope documents to develop bid strategies
• Solicit and evaluate subcontractor and supplier proposals
• Coordinate with project managers and leadership during preconstruction and handoff
• Identify and evaluate project risks, opportunities, and value engineering options
• Maintain historical cost data and market pricing information
• Help maintain and build strong relationships with subcontractors, vendors, and clients
