Key Responsibilities
Manage a high-volume portfolio of SMB clients, ensuring timely contract renewals and identifying upsell opportunities
Act as the primary commercial contact for assigned accounts, emphasizing satisfaction, retention, and growth
Collaborate with various teams to resolve issues and maintain accurate records in Salesforce.com
Required Qualifications
1-3 years of experience in account management, sales support, customer success, or a related client-facing role
Basic understanding of value-based selling principles and a desire to develop sales and relationship management skills
Proficient in Salesforce.com or other CRM systems
Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
