Product Knowledge : Stay informed about insurance products and industry trends to offer informed advice.
Customer Service : Provide exceptional customer service to build lasting client relationships and loyalty.
Continuous Development : Stay updated on sales techniques, industry regulations, and product knowledge.
Requirements
Licensing : Possession or willingness to obtain a relevant insurance license.
Experience : Prior experience in sales or customer service is a plus.
Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Customer-Focused : A commitment to delivering exceptional service and meeting customer needs.
Adaptability : Ability to effectively work in a hybrid remote environment while maintaining productivity and engagement.
