JOBSUMMARY

The Marketing Associate isresponsible for growing market share in the designated markets.Responsible for satisfying customer needs and meeting managementobjectives.

Must maintain and grow customer base by penetratingexisting accounts and opening new accounts. Develop a close workingrelationship with customers and all internal company departments.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Managingexisting customer base. Visit weekly, provide marketing flyers,menu ideas and marketupdates.
• Prospecting / opening new accounts tomeet company objectives and CMP goals.
• Pricingand order-guide building
• Collecting past duebalances
• Attend all sales meetings andtrainings
• Maintain a great working relationshipwith customer service department and operationalteams.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education

HighSchool degree or equivalent

Experience

Minimum2 years of sales, and / or chef / restaurant management experience,and / or related (Business, Sales, Marketing, Hospitality;

orCulinary Arts) degree.

• 1 year of outsidefoodservice sales experiencepreferred
• Restaurant management / chef experiencepreferred

Skills

• Proficientin Excel, Word, Microsoft Outlook, and some knowledge of Salesforcea plus
• Workingknowledge of warehouse distribution, aplus
• Goodcommunicationskills
• Detail-oriented
