Senior National Accounts Manager (Cox Communities)
Cox Communications is seeking a SeniorNational Account Manager who is highly experiencedin business development and large account management.
This rolewill personally negotiate long-term, highly complex nationalcontracts and develop C-suite relationships within their assignedmarket, top national consultants, Single Family Unit (SFU)builders, and Multi-Dwelling Unit (MDU) developers / owners.
Thisleader will identify opportunities to maintain and grow revenue foran assigned portfolio using a highly consultative sales approachand develop strong networks with boundary partners and topexecutives in the MDU and SFUcommunities.
Defines and implements thewholesale account strategy for assigned national strategicaccounts; collaborates with the broader team to execute plans andtactics.
Account strategy includes the establishment of ExecutiveAccount briefings, facilitates top-to-top executive meetings,show / event presence, and driving of media / PR visibility.
Providesleadership, vision, and initially, dotted line development for theaccount executives establishing relationships with National Accountcustomers locally for the purpose of satisfying customers andexceeding company revenue objectives.
Helps set objectives forAccount Executives to ensure achievement of National AccountStrategy goals for Cox's IoT solutions by monitoring performance,providing training, feedback, coaching, counseling, and evaluatingperformance.

What You'll Do
- Sell Cox Communities solutions within our assignedterritory and national relationships with assigned customers;identify opportunities to maintain and grow revenue to meetbusiness objectives.
- Responsible for theaccount revenue base and identifies the appropriate course ofaction needed to protect and grow it.
- Defineand implement the wholesale account strategy for assigned nationalstrategic accounts; collaborate with the broader team to executeplans and tactics.
Account strategy includes the establishment ofexecutive account briefings, facilitating top to top executivemeetings, show / event presence, and the driving of media / PRvisibility.
- Provide leadership, vision, andinitially, dotted line development for the account executivesestablishing relationships with national account customers locallyfor the purpose of satisfying customers and exceeding companyrevenue objectives.
- Help set objectives foraccount executives to ensure the achievement of the ConsultantAccount Strategy goals by monitoring performance, providingtraining, feedback, coaching, counseling, and evaluatingperformance.
- Cultivate executive-levelrelationships within customer's organization, develop and deliverpresentations as needed.
- Support and leadcompetitive field efforts through the implementation of acquisitionand win-back tactics as directed.
- Proactivelyidentify strategies and plans to address competitor activity in avery fluid, competitive market. Remain current on competitoractivities, pricing, and product offerings, and negotiate offers tohighlight CCI's competitive advantages.
- Partner closely with field sales and business operations onplanning and budgeting for functions. Partner with pricing andmarketing to finalize profitable target offers and specials forlarge MDU customers.
- Serve as the primarycontact and escalation point for assigned national accountsensuring timely resolution of issues, build-out, product delivery,and relationship strength.
- Analyze the Returnon Investment (ROI) of various business scenarios; ensure thatdecisions align with CCI's best interests and develop businesscases to support recommendations.
- Develop andadminister sales plans including identification of objectives andaction programs to achieve overall business goals.
Conduct tacticalplanning, standardized reporting, and feedback on the effectivenessof existing sales plans.
- Work with productmanagement & the MDU marketing team to improve experience anddrive increased resident / property owner loyalty.
- Work across internal and external teams to developstrategies, identify best practices, and recommend improvements totraining, systems, and processes.
- Developstrong relationships with C-level officers (internal and externalcustomers)

Who You Are
MinimumQualifications :
BA / BS degree and 10 years of related experience. Theright candidate could also have a different combination, such as amaster's degree and 8 years of related experience, or Ph.
D and 5years of related experience, or a High school diploma / GED and 14years of related experience
- 5 years ofbusiness-to-business new business developmentexperience.
- Experience with various industryevents like NAHB IBS, BIAOC, BIASD, BIASC, HBACA, andSNHBA.
- Safe drivers are needed; a validdriver's license is required.
PreferredQualifications :
- 2 or more years of experience in a management role ispreferred.
- BA / BS degree inmarketing / communications / business is highly desired.
- Experience in the telecommunications industrydesired.
- Demonstrated ability to read andinterpret business-to-business contracts.
- Good working knowledge of communications technologies.
- Strong executive presence with polished presentation andnegotiation skills.
- Proven ability tocollaborate with all affected internal teams.
- Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships and deal wellwith conflict.
- Demonstrated leadershipabilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word,PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Experience incomplex large customer negotiations and sales.

USD 138,600.00 - 207,800.00 peryear
Compensation :
Compensationincludes a base salary of $138,600.00 - $207,800.00. The salaryrate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such asthe ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate'sexperience.
In addition to the salary range identified herein, thisrole is also eligible for an annual incentive / commission target of$63,840.00.
