Responsibilities :
Set up internal quotes for incoming RFQs
Set up internal jobs for new customer orders
Submit new bids to customers
Daily / Weekly / Monthly delivery updates to customers
Receive and distribute customer technical data
Work closely with sales and upper management on coordination of RFQ, bid and contract issues
Qualifications :
Ability to work well with others in a team environment
Strong communication skills written and verbal
Strong computer skills experience in Excel, Word, Powerpoint
Previous experience working with aerospace OEMs a plus
