Lead by example in personal and professional conduct. 2+ years of retail management experience, preferably in the wireless industry. Bilingual : English / Spanish Proven track record of sales and leadership success. Ability to lead, coach, and motivate a team. Passion for wireless technology, retail, and customer service. Willingness to travel to various locations as needed. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. High attention to detail and accuracy. Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays with a flexible schedule.

Compensation : $65,000 and up (salary, commissions, and performance bonuses. $500 retention bonus after 90 days)
