- The most successful candidate for this position :
- Has at least 1 year of experience in the long-term care OR rehab setting
- Embraces our person-centered care approach to meet each resident’s needs and preferences
- Possesses a true passion for excellence in nursing care
- Demonstrates the ability to remain calm and perform effectively during peak periods of activity and emergency situations
- Effectively interacts with residents, their family members, and the healthcare team members
The responsibilities & duties :
- In coordination with the healthcare team, assesses, plans, directs, evaluates, and modifies each resident’s care plan to meet with his / her physical, psychosocial, and cultural needs
- Manage emergency situations in a prompt, precise, and professional manner
- Maintains accurate, detailed reports and records
- When required Completes medication administration and treatment needs for all assigned residents

The Qualifications :
- Must possess a Registered Nursing license in Pennsylvania upon hire
- Valid CPR training
- Ability to perform physical tasks required of skilled nursing
