About The Position

Great VA Emergency Medicine opportunity for Supplemental

coverage starting 1 / 6 / 25 or ASAP and ongoing.

Need experienced, full-time provider for their ED.

One provider needed.

Outpatient

No Call

Shift : 12 hr. shifts, 8a-8p or 8p-8a

Weekend requirements TBD.

Annual Volume : 10,000

APP shifts : intermittent APP coverage

Beds : 9 + 4 Fast Track Bays

Admission Rate : 11%

Transfer : 9%

No Trauma Designation

ED does not handle admits.

To respond to floor codes as a back-up to the Hospitalist.

Scribes are not available.

EMR : CPSI

Expenses covered, weekly pay and Occurrence Form

Job Requirements

VA License

BC / BE - FM or IM w / recent EM experience (within 2 yrs.)

BLS, ACLS

If not EM BC also need ATLS, PALS
