Lenders Cooperative seeks a talented and experienced Senior Software Engineer to join our growing team and develop advanced front-end and back-end systems for our leading loan origination and servicing platform.

This role delivers secure, scalable solutions that enhance borrower experience and align with client requirements. What You'll Do :

Design, develop, and maintain robust front-end and back-end software components. Implement APIs and data workflows, ensuring compliance with federal standards. Optimize system performance, availability, and security. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions. Troubleshoot complex technical issues and apply best coding practices. Contribute to continuous improvement by adopting modern technologies. What We’re Looking For : Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience. Extensive full-stack development experience (front-end frameworks, back-end languages, databases). Familiarity with cloud environments, cybersecurity, and compliance frameworks. Strong problem-solving and architectural design skills. Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities. Experience in Agile / Scrum environments preferred.
