Job Overview
Plan, design, evaluate, modify, and coordinate programs for a department or college.
Essential Functions
- Assist with administrative support of online program initiatives.
- Develop program objectives and monitor quantitative and qualitative data on progress toward objectives.
- Develop, administer, and analyze assessment / evaluation questionnaires. Compile statistics and prepare reports.
- Serve as a liaison between the college and UC Online.
- May conduct research and analyze relevant literature, other benchmark information to develop grant proposals, new program ideas, and propose program changes.
- Perform related duties based on departmental need. This job description can be changed at any time.
Required Education
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Five (5) years of relevant work experience and / or other specialized training can be used in lieu of education requirement.
Required Trainings / Certifications

Required Experience
One (1) year of program coordination experience.

- Experience in working in administrative support.
- Experience in working in an academic setting.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong computer skills including experience with Microsoft Office, database software, and educational systems such as Canvas.
- Strong analytical, organizational and time management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work well in a collaborative, team-based atmosphere.
