KPMG is currently seeking an Associate, L&D to join our Learning & Development organization.

Responsibilities :

• Coordinate the planning, delivering, and closing of instructor-led, virtual and / or nationally developed local office training programs
• Organize the registration process for programs
• Analyze and summarize various reports needed to assess and deliver training
• Assist in the development and review of course materials
• Prepare and distribute communications to instructors, participants, developers, vendors and various other internal / external sources
• Assist with new initiatives where needed

Qualifications :

• Minimum two years of recent business experience in a professional environment is required
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent work experience
• Highly proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, SharePoint, and Outlook (specifically including VLOOKUP and pivot tables) preferred
• Capacity to exercise independent judgment to make day to day decisions with minimal supervision; capability to work on multiple projects concurrently, maintaining quality deliverables
• Strong attention to details; excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, project management and analytical skills required
• Ability to travel up to 25%
