As Senior Director of Marketing - iGaming you will be responsible for establishing and implementing Caesars’ iGaming brand strategy, marketing plan, goals and tactics as well as ensuring the achievement of the corresponding KPI targets and budgets.
The Senior Director, Marketing - iGaming will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy across multiple markets and channels.
You’ll be responsible to drive forward marketing development and partnership initiatives from a commercial perspective alongside working in collaboration with internal teams on brand strategy, agency management, TV / ATL creative work & Casino promotions
This role will lead the marketing team, budgetary management, creative sign off and will work closely with other departments to ensure the company’s brand and products are positioned competitively in the iGaming industry.

- Strategic Planning : Work with the iGaming executive team to develop strategic initiatives aimed at expanding the player-base and increasing revenue.
- Brand Development : Development of the brand, marketing and customer communication strategy that ensures a consistent message to players and achieves maximum lifetime value.
- Marketing Planning : Develop and execute an integrated marketing plan across different iGaming brands and States & Territories.
- Team Leadership : Lead, mentor, and manage the marketing team, setting clear goals and providing the guidance needed to achieve exceptional results.
- Acquisition Marketing : As a marketing driven business, you will collaborate with the Acquisition teams on the development of the iGaming marketing strategy with an emphasis on achieving market penetration and revenue growth with particular focus on cost-effective customer acquisition across various States & Territories.
- Partnerships & Sponsorships : Work with existing partners and identify and negotiate strategic partnerships and sponsorships that align with the brand and contribute to the company’s growth objectives.
- Creative : Approve all creative design used for marketing. Work with creative teams and act as department Creative liaison / Point of Contact compile and develop creative briefs for department-wide campaigns, proof marketing assets, host weekly creative / department meetings, curate and maintain the department marketing tracker, and traffic final assets to appropriate stakeholders
- Product Marketing : Provide the link between iGaming Marketing and Product Development - prioritizing external and internal marketing tools and feature development.
Project manage key product marketing initiatives, including new engagement tools and product features.
- Market Analysis : Oversee the creation & collation of customer feedback mechanics to improve services and products.Conduct market research and analysis to understand the competitive landscape, identify opportunities for growth, and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Regulatory Compliance : Ensure all marketing activities comply with regulatory requirements and industry standards, particularly in regions with strict advertising regulations.
- Content : Create and manage innovative and compelling content across all storefronts to build a strong community presence.
- Game Vendors : Work closely with our game partners on marketing new and exclusive game titles across our iGaming sites.
- Collaboration : Work closely with specialists within the offline and online marketing teams including PR, Direct Marketing, Organic Social, Events to optimize the marketing mix.

- Proven experience (5+ years) in a senior marketing role, ideally within the iGaming industry.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, performance marketing, and customer acquisition strategies.
Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data to drive decision-making.
- Knowledge of iGaming regulations and responsible gaming practices.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
