Sr Technical Global Recruiter
Reporting to the Global Manager, Talent Acquisition, this position is responsible for providing full life cycle recruitment for Exempt level roles with a heavy focus on Engineering globally, which includes Canada, China, Mexico, and Italy. Additionally, you will identify and manage recruitment resources e.g. source channels, and agencies to accomplish Global Engineering recruitment efforts. The successful candidate has a true hunter mentality with proven success in filling highly technical roles in a Corporate environment.
As a Sr Technical Global Recruiter you will :
- Collaborate in developing our ongoing strategy of the employment brand, sourcing, and recruitment marketing
- Develop and execute innovative ways to create talent pipelines, referral generation, events and sourcing campaigns
- Stay abreast of cutting-edge practices and technology in talent acquisition and make recommendations
- Partner closely with HR Business Partners to develop Talent Management strategies
- Be a brand ambassador and stay active on social media channels in efforts to expand and grow the Employer Brand
- Remain vigilant of changing laws that impact HR as a whole. Assure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws related to employment
- Identify and develop partnerships with relevant organizations, events, and communities for target skillset and talent needs
- Partners with hiring managers to develop and execute an adaptable and flexible hiring plan with use of market data, insights, and analytics to develop and modify recruitment plans, while cultivating a high-touch, service-oriented, and collaborative hiring manager experience
- Plays a key role in new system or process implementation in Talent Acquisition
- Provide premiere candidate experience.
- Revise job posting, staffing, and sourcing procedures to continually improve and streamline the recruiting process and maximize resources.
- Develop a deep understanding of organizational growth strategy and associated talent needs both short and long-term and bring forward consultative talent acquisition solutions to support business plans.
- Participate on campus recruitment efforts, including the development of annual summer internship program and associated university recruitment / partnership strategies.
- Establish controls and measurements to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation.
- Coordinate with HR team on other projects as needed.
We are looking for someone with :
A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred5 years of full lifecycle recruiting experience in a combination of high-level corporate and highly technical rolesExperience with internships, co-ops, and cultivating relationships with target Colleges and UniversitiesA thorough understanding of OFCCP and VVERRA guidelines and requirementsA proven track record of recruiting across diverse professional disciplines preferably in a highly technical engineering / manufacturing environmentExperience using data and reporting to identify areas of improvement in recruiting processes, resources, strategies and making recommendationsExperience negotiating offers for corporate management level rolesProven ability to influence at all levels of the organizationUnderstanding of immigration law and practices a plusExcellent customer focus with the desire and ability to partner with HR colleagues and hiring managersStrong understanding and use of Metrics and Analytics to drive decisions in Talent AcquisitionStrong knowledge of Applicant Tracking systems including reporting and candidate managementStrong discipline in behavior based interviewing techniques IE : DDI methodologySolid knowledge of HR policies and practices, all areas of recruiting and of employment laws and regulationsStrong executive presence and ability to build relationships, communicate, consult and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.Proven track record of building trust and credibility in a corporate environment at the management or senior executive levelUnderstanding of executive compensation, total rewards, and relocation packagesAbility to manage multiple and shifting priorities in a fast paced and challenging environmentAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environmentStrong organizational and time management skills; excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to foster relationships with employees at all levels within the organizationPhysical Demands / Working Conditions of the role are :

Typical pay is $83,948 109,163 annually. Please note the pay information shown above is a general guideline. Pay is based upon candidate skills, experience, and qualifications.
