We are a client-focused personal injury firm dedicated to “putting the _PERSONAL_ back into personal injury litigation.” We are seeking a motivated

• Associate Attorney
• to join our team and take ownership of cases from intake through resolution. Salary is negotiable based on experience.
• Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for managing all phases of personal injury matters, including :

• Conducting
• initial client interviews
• and building strong client relationships
• Acquiring and reviewing
• pre-litigation records and documents
• Drafting and filing
• Complaints, Motions, and Petitions
• Developing and executing a
• comprehensive discovery plan
• Preparing for and participating in
• mediations, arbitrations, and trials
• Litigating
• compulsory arbitration and trial-level cases
• Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone who is :

• An attorney with
• 2 - 3 years of personal injury litigation experience
• Comfortable in the courtroom
• and confident speaking in public
• Highly
• organized and detail-oriented
• , with strong case-management skills
• Able to thrive in a

• Self-motivated

Job Type : Full-time

Pay : $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
