- ABEM physician for a hospital-employed position in Des Moines
- Opportunity to rotate between 4 unique ERs (from Level 1 to rural)
- Mix of shift lengths; full-time is 130 hours per month
- Teach EM residents
- Interest in education (non-clinical and scholarly activities)
