Pharmacist - Acute - (Pharma / Pharm)
StartDate : 11 / 11 / 2024 Available Shifts : 8 D Pay Rate : $1981.92 - $2283.52
Pharmacist needed asapDuration : 13 weeksShift : Days, 6 : 30a-3p, Mon-Fri, rotating weekends, call every 3rd weekRequired to be within 45 minutes of the hospital at all times during your CALL days.
Will be required to take rotating weekends and CALL during closed weekday hours 1700 - 0630 and during weekend closed hours 1400 - 0700 Active Missouri Board of Pharmacy license required.
2 years experienceDuties will include but not limited to verification of order entry by providers, answering phones and helping with nursing and provider questions, checking Omnicell refill pulls by technicians, helping technicians when needed to put away cardinal order, fill Omnicell refill pulls, checking and / or filling patient specific drug batch IV and PO, rounding with multidisciplinary team daily, compounding when necessary and oversight of pharmacy technicians.
Required Qualifications
Active Missouri Board of Pharmacy license required.
