Springs Window Fashions is looking for a motivated and hardworking individual to join our Marketing Team! The Web Designer Internship provides an exciting opportunity to assist the team with project support while providing valuable work experience related to your chosen field of study.
Our paid internship program is known for having in-depth, challenging project work with cross-functional teams, as well as professional development, job shadowing and other growth opportunities.
Internship Projects and Responsibilities
UI / UX Designs and Support
Leverage Lucky Orange heat maps, session recordings, Optimize A / B test results and Google Analytics to evaluate and Identify hot spots where consumers are seeking more information (clicking) from static assetsAnalyze page path reports to identify common paths and potential dead-end pathsSupport in the review of Bali and Graber web feedback reports from Customer Service and recorded sessions for Visualizer (dealers vs consumers) and recommend improvements for each audienceCreate wireframes and design prototypes in Figma based on review and / or results of analytics and testing
Digital New Product Development (NPD) and Support
Support digital team members in NPD Launches
Work with Digital Marketing Specialists to understand the key messages and goals of the launch, with recommend web changesHelp update residential sites and dealer portals in EpiServerCollaborate with cross-functional partners (Photography, Copy, Modeling, IT, etc ) to finalize the design, execute code changes and / or implement content changes for key areas : swatches, product pages and home page sliders in the EpiServer UAT environmentRoute NPD launch proofs and incorporate feedback, ultimately launching all changes on-time in the EpiServer Production environment
Email Design and ExecutionDesign and code a quarterly newsletter for one of the Residential Business UnitsMeet with Content Team on goals and objectives of the email contentCollaborate with cross functional partners to design and code the emailRoute the email for proofing and incorporate feedbackTest email design for deliverabilityWork with Digital Marketing Specialist on list curation

Requirements
What We’re Looking For
- Previous internship experience in relevant function preferred
- Pursuing a 4-year degree with preferred current standing of Sophomore / Junior level
- Marketing Major Preferred
- Proficient computer skills Microsoft Office
- Problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Strong communication skills (verbal, written and attention to detail)
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
