Work within Northwell's CRM Center of Excellence (CoE). This CoE plays a critical part in Northwell's digital transformation and has a mandate to align all constituent relationships into a rationalized program built on cutting-edge technology.

Lead Engineer :

Leads team members to provide direct input to the overall engineering process and to team meetings. Coordinates within a team environment, which is essential to work on various aspects of the platform and products, as is a devotion to collaboration to problem-solve, design sophisticatedly, and increase product quality.

Senior Engineer :

Guides team members to provide direct input to the overall engineering process and to team meetings. Coordinates within a team environment, which is essential to work on various aspects of the platform and products, as is a devotion to collaboration to problem-solve, design sophisticatedly, and increase product quality.

Job Responsibilities :

Lead Engineer :

Leads the design and development of solutions to various problems either independently or in a team environment; designs and maintains efficient code that is reliable.

Guides the creation of technical documents such as a design specification document. Ensures applications are performing at high capacity, responsiveness, and quality.

Finds solutions to reduce issues and defects. Maintains that the platform's code and data are organized, automated, and of high quality.

Guides junior team personnel by recommending software design and development opportunities / best practices. Performs related duties as required.

Senior Engineer :

Designs and develops solutions to various problems either independently or in a team environment; designs and maintains efficient code that is reliable.

Forms technical documents such as a design specification document. Utilizes relational databases by integrating data storage solutions.

Utilizes Azure services such as Functions, Logic Apps, App Services, Containers, Cosmos DB, and event hubs. Utilizes messaging patterns for system-to-system communication.

Ensures applications are performing at high capacity, responsiveness, and quality. Finds solutions to reduce issues and defects.

Maintains that the platform's code and data are organized, automated, and of high quality. Guides junior team personnel by recommending software design and development opportunities / best practices.

Performs related duties as required.

Job Qualifications : Lead Engineer :

Lead Engineer :

Bachelor's Degree required, or equivalent combination of education and related experience. 5-7 years of relevant experience and progressive experience where team leadership was demonstrated, required.

Senior Engineer :

Bachelor's Degree required, or equivalent combination of education and related experience. 3-5 years of relevant experience, required.

Preferred Qualifications :

Lead Engineer :

7+ years experience with the Salesforce platform. Experience in healthcare preferred. Experience with Salesforce Health Cloud highly preferred.

Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Mulesoft, and / or Data Cloud preferred. Salesforce Certified Administrator Certificate required;

Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator Certificate and Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder Certificate preferred.

Senior Engineer :

5+ years experience with the Salesforce platform. Experience in healthcare preferred. Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud highly preferred.

Salesforce Health Cloud, Mulesoft, and Data Cloud experience preferred. Salesforce Certified Administrator Certificate required;

Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator Certificate and Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder Certificate preferred.
