What is the Opportunity?
The role will lead the strategy, design, and development of the data journey, business specific - contextual & logical data model for all payment products to ensure provisioning of structured and clean data to the USCM data repository.
The role will partner closely with all product & technology teams involved in the supply chain of Payments data and with the Data product & technology teams to facilitate seamless data flow that helps the Data teams to ensure the right downstream data handoffs and reporting.
The position will have full accountability for data quality being provisioned to the data repository. This role will also work closely with key stakeholders in the client facing teams to understand specific data needs of clients to help in solutioning payment deals.
What will you do?
Your main responsibilities will include :
- Develop product strategy, roadmap and design to create appropriate data models, required quality checks and data journey for all end-to-end payment flows.
- Ensure strategy aligns with organization and department goals as well as supports client experience and needs.
- Obtain buy-in and support from various key stakeholders including senior management, partners, and committees.
- Be fully responsible for managing and remediating all logical models, critical data elements and data quality for all Payment data.
- Collaborate with other product teams in assisting in setting up data journeys and accountability in their product domains.
- Support sales teams in deal solutioning to ensure data flows are correctly identified and transformed to provide a seamless end-to-end experience.
What do you need to succeed?
To be successful in this role, you will need :
Knowledge
- Broad cash management and international treasury
- Understanding of management, modeling, transforming and provisioning of transaction data to deliver seamless client experience.
- Understanding of different payment rails / capabilities / File capabilities / FX
- Relevant Banking regulations regarding cash management, especially payments.
Skills
- Strong leadership skills and proven record of leading cross-functional teams
- Strong collaboration skills and ability to engage business partners (i.e. risk, compliance, technology) and navigate a highly matrixed environment.
- Effective and concise communicator at all levels, both verbal and written

- The good-faith expected salary range for the above position is $210,000 - $250,000 depending on factors including but not limited to the candidate’s experience, skills, registration status;
- market conditions; and business needs. This salary range does not include other elements of total compensation, including a discretionary bonus and benefits such as a 401(k) program with company-matching contributions;
health, dental, vision, life and disability insurance; and paid time-off plan.
