Director of Hotel Engineering Responsibilities :
- Prepare and submit budget estimates and progress and cost tracking reports
- Develop and implement quality control programs
- Reviewing staffing levels to meet service, operational, and financial objectives.
- Hiring, training, scheduling, payroll, evaluation of Engineering team
- 5+ years of full service hotel experience
- Engineering / Facility Management degree preferred
- High energy, motivational leader, effective communicator and the ability to improve the bottom line
- Excellent communication skills, demonstrated problem-solving and leadership capabilities, financial acumen
